Quickbooks is unable to send email to Outlook

I used to be able to send an e-mail direct from Quickbooks, but now it cannot seem to connect.  I have had Quickbooks do a complete review, and they could not find anything wrong on their end.  It seems to be an Outlook issue.

Do you get any error messages?

 

Try opening Outlook and check if you are able to send /receive email from Outlook.

If it works fine make sure it set as a default email client. To do this check the link below:

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-vista/Change-the-default-e-mail-program

 

Open Quickbooks and try sending mail
