Problems loading photos into email using iPhoto and MSOutlook2011 for mac

Keep getting msge "- "Microsoft Outlook got an error. Ca't get outgoing message id 36548" when trying to email photos from iPhoto. The photos do not load and cannot be sent. Is there a solution to this pls?

This is not an error I have seen before. Is iPhoto set to send photos to Entourage? See this post:

Make sure Outlook is fully updated. Latest Updater is 14.1.4.
