Outlook Window Size Problem

Corvairkid64 asked on

Since upgrading to OS X El Capitan, Microsoft Outlook 14.5.5 will not remember it's window size after I close and reopen, or quit and restart the program.

I am not having any window size problems with any other applications or folders.

Please help....

iMac, OS X El Capitan (10.11)

To be more precise, it is an intermittent problem.

Sometimes the window size remains as it should, other times it shrinks down to a much smaller size for no reason.

I have some corrected info on this issue...

When I quit and re-start Outlook, the window size is remembered.

It is only when I close the Outlook window and re-open it that the window size changes.

Well....I hoped that the Office 2011 ver 14.5.6 update might fix this problem.

It didn't.

I just updated my Outlook for Mac 2011 to ver. 14.5.7.

Still no fix.

The problem persists.
