how do i fix a sync error 19760 in Outlook?

i keep getting hundreds of emails with this error:

Could not synchronize record: Mail Subject to Exchange server: AccountName




here is the history with this account -
prior to using exchange i used MobileMe to sync my mail with other devices. i later exported the .olm from my mac, created an exchange account, turned off MobileMe, and imported the .olm


the error codes that i keep getting are
19708 and 19760


any clue how to fix this error?

Try to create a new Identity in Outlook 2011 and configure the account.

Refer to the Step 5, in the following article:

In case if the error message keeps popping up, log into the Outlook Web Access and remove the corrupt emails on the Exchange Server itself.
