OneNote 2010: hide completed task checkboxes

Apparently OneNote 2010 does not have the option to hide tasks, once the associated checkbox is checked.  Nearly speechless.

Has this been addressed?.... is there an option that can be enabled to hide a checkbox once it is checked? 

I know there is somewhat this option in a summary view of all tasks, "show only unchecked items", which is not a solution.
