office 2000 installation Error 1919 Error configuring ODBC data source

trying to install Microsoft Office professional on new HP laptop for first time. Never had prob before. I keep getting this message coming up and have no idea what it means

Error 1919 Error configuring ODBC data source Visual FoxPro Database, ODBC error 6: Component not found in registry. Verify that the file Visual FoxPro Database exists and that you can access it

Can anyone help - I've had a look and I think I have to download something but not sure what exactly PLEASE HELP thanks
