Error Code 1312 upon loading Office Home and Student 2007 to Toshiba Satellite 135 running Vista Home Premium - what to do next??

Recently had to reinstall original software on Toshiba Satellite A135 running Windows Vista Home Premium.  Receiving error 1312 each time I try to install my copy of Office Home and Student 2007. Have searched for culprit file; but, can't seem to find what is causing the problem.  

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you want to remove the hidden office files from the computer, check the link below:

You can also run the fix it tool for office, which will remove all the office files and programs from the computer.

(Note: Fix it tool works only on 32bit operating system).
