I bought new ms office software now I am trying to install the software but this is the error ( error 1310. error writing to file: policy.12.0.Microsoft.office.Interop.Access.Dao.dll.Verify that you have access to that directory.) i dont know how to remove this error i am trying to contact microsoft technical support but i cant very bad service please help me thanx

Try to un-register and re-register Windows installer using the following steps:

 

Step 1:

 

Click on Start > All Programs > Accessories > Run, copy and paste the following text in the Open box and press Enter

 

Msiexec /unregister

 

 

Step 2:

Click on Start > All Programs > Accessories > Run, copy and paste the following text in the Open box and press Enter

 

Msiexec /regserver

 

Try to install Office. If the same issue persists, enableClean-boot and then try to install Office.

Note: after troubleshooting, enable Normal Start-up.
