Execution of this application has stopped due to a runtime error

I've got a program that opens and runs fine until I make a mistake,  It should prompt me about the mistake and then direct me to the next action that should be done. Instead,  I get " Execution of this application has stopped due to a runtime error" and then the program closes.  The program installs a version of Office Access 2003 runtime.  I'm running Win 7 with no version of MS Office installed.
Does all of your code include error handling?

Actually, I running a salon application that references a db located on a network drive.  The application/program is installed locally.  It works fine in my office , but not in the classroom.   I'm not writing any code, so I'm not sure how to answer your question.

Is this an application YOU developed or something you purchased? If you are using the runtime version of Access, then the error messages you get are more generic unless the developer includes extensive error trapping .

It sounds like this was not designed to run under the Runtime version.
Hope this helps,

This is an application that was purchased.  Just trying to get some kinda idea where I should look to try and rectify the problem.  The vendor gave instruction to go into MS Access options, trust center and change the macro settions.  Also to add the program to the trusted locations, but this has not resolved the issue.  So, I uninstalled MS Office, and the application as well as deleted the local profiles from the machine.
Now, I've only installed the application, but came up with same results.

This is something the developer has to resolve. The error you are getting is generic. There is no telling exactly what is causing the error. The developer has to put in error trapping so he can figure out what is actually causing the error.

You only other alternative is to install a full license for Access wherever you want to use this app.
Hope this helps,
