Cannot schedule online meetings from Outlook for Mac 2011 ??

I have Office for mac 2011 and Lync for mac 2011 installed to my new mac air book. How to set the lync credential in outlook pls. I am not able to schedule online meeting from outlook at the moment. 

I can shedule instant meet now meetings from Lync though and the lync seems to be working as in my PC otherwise. Also I can not access the settings from the online meeting menu. My Lync is 14.0.5.

To support Lync integration, both Lync and Outlook read and write information directly to Exchange Server.

In Lync -> Preferences -> Account, verify that Microsoft Exchange and Outlook Settings is selected as the user’s personal information manager.

To schedule an online meeting, you need Outlook for Mac 2011 14.1.3 update or later and Lync for Mac. To check to see if you need to get the latest version of Outlook, on the Help menu, click Check for Updates, click Manually, and then Check for Updates.
