Windows 10 error 0x8007042c

Whatever operation or app settings or pc settings or user settings I want to do on the windows technical preview build :

I keep on getting the error wrt the network settings.. saying some network problems were detected or my network isnt connected and error Code: 0x8007042c

However I am connected and can browse web on IE and ping other websites.

HELP AS I NEED TO LAUNCH WINDOWS INSIDER APP at the earliest.

hello, after some digging I found this and it's been helpful!

just chek this services:(in control panel>administrative tools>services)

windows EventLog  : running

Remote Procedure Call (RPC)  :running

Windows Update :running

this services must be enabled and running status.

Hi,

Thank you for being a part of Windows 10 Technical Preview testing.

1. Did you update to the latest Build 10041?
2. Did you install any third party antivirus on the computer?

I would suggest you to disable all the antivirus and firewall and check if you are getting that error message.

Important Note: Security software can help protect your computer against virus and other security threats. In most cases, you shouldn't disable your antivirus software. If you have to temporarily disable it to install other software, you should re-enable it as soon as you're done. If you're connected to the Internet or a network while your antivirus software is disabled.

Let us know if you have any other issues with Windows in future.
