I had become an insider and downloaded the file. I executed it, and it acted like it was installing and then said that it needed to shut down. When it came back up, it tried to download and install the preview through Windows Update. I have tried 5 times and it has failed each time.
I have a 64 Bit HP with an AMD Athlon (tm)II x3 445 Processor 3.10 GHZ; 4.00GB RAM (Running Windows 7 w/sp1) I cannot use the Feedback App with Windows 7 unfortunately.
Also, am I able to use the same file that I have downloaded on my laptop that has Windows 8.1 and same or better specs than my desktop?
