I'm trying to download theDownloading problem Bank of China's internet banking software but i see "URL exists in downloading list" ?  

what does it mean & what shoud I do ? 
(IE version unknown)

1. What are you trying to accomplish?
2. What do you mean by "Downloading problem Bank of China's internet banking software but i see "URL exists in downloading list"?
3. Are you using any third party download manger to download files from Internet Explorer?
4. Which Operating System is installed in your system?
