I am trying to access this website but am getting the access denied message. I've tried restarting the modem, restarting the laptop, checked and rechecked the url and am getting the same response. I also get it from every other computer in my home.
However, when I try to access this page from outside my home, I have no problems. Could someone who understands this problem please lend some assistance.
I've tried everything you've suggested and still no luck. I have no restricted websites. I've optimised Internet Explorer...problem still exists. When I ping the website, I receive the following message.

Thank you for your assistance Robert and Thahaseena. I just find the situation very strange - and frustrating. I was also receiving this problem on the Chadwicks website but that too has been resolved by changing the url tohttp://www.chadwicks.com/chadwicks.
