Question

Smart Screen Filters reject messages from Email removed for privacy

I use Hotmail for my e mail to and from Microsoft Answers and yet when I get a message from*** Email address is removed for privacy *** addressed to my hotmail account I get a security message to the effect "This message looks suspicious to our SmartScreen filters" followed by a question asking me if I want to open the message.

Why is a message from Microsoft Answers considered to be a threat in Hotmail? and how can I get Hotmail to accept any response from*** Email address is removed for privacy *** as friendly.
