I would go ahead and post your question over on the TechNet forums since you are on a domain.

Why would you do this you could have solved this issue in a second by telling me TLS 1.1 and 1.2 are not supported in Windows XP
Instead you lead me on for two days asking questions and sending to paid support and they won't help windows xp out of support

Hi,

1. Is the computer on domain?

2. Check if KB980436 is installed on the computer?

To Check if KB980436 is installed on the computer follow these steps:
a. Click Start, click Control Panel,
b. Double-click Add or Remove Programs, on the right top corner put a check mark on the box which says "View Installed Updates"

Note:

Internet Explorer 8 has TLS 1.2.

Make sure that there are no pending updates for Internet Explorer. I would suggest you to check for Internet Explorer updates are up to date.

I would also suggest you to post us the screen shot of the advanced window so that we can understand exactly what the situation is.

Use SkyDrive to upload collected files and post screen shot/picture

What is this SkyDrive Thing?

Instructions I got 1 and two how to log on

But after that I am lost create new folder I don’t see a create folder like the screen shot?

The next screen shot is share I don’t find this box I found Add Folder and did that but no window to share with: EVERYONE (PUBLIC)

There is a share on the page but it’s an address box I have to type something in I don’t know what?

if I drag a file into the folder I loose the SkyDrive page it changes into my computer and I am in the folder the file is in that’s great I see the file I want to put in the folder now what all I can do is close the window there is no Upload or cancel buttons?

How are you going to get these files?

I did add folder and it creates a new folder

No dialog box that has Share with

I clicked my new folder and on rite side there is a share I typed everyone (public)

But I get error

Just click on that link I provided you and then create a new post over there since you are on a domain. You might have to sign in first in order to post. That link will take you directly to the forum you need to post this question in. Hope that helps.

That was my mistake I thought you were on Windows 7 I over looked that you were on Windows XP. I also referred you to TechNet because your Client was on a domain and that what we usually do when there is a domain involved. Again sorry for the confusion :)
