Question

When using IE none of the boxes that contain info seem to show, this includes maps also

On this page there is a box in the top right with a RED X and Windows this should be a box to click with a picture or  writing on it. Also when looking for a route the map doesn't appear again only boxes with the same RED X.

Answer

Hi TrevorDavis,

I would suggest you to check and make sure that Adobe Flash Player or “Shockwave flash” add-ons are installed and enabled in Internet Explorer.

Follow these steps:

a.       Open Internet Explorer.

b.      Click “Tools”, point to “Manage Add-ons”, and then click “Enable or Disable Add-ons”.

c.       In the “Show” box, select “Add-ons that have been used by Internet Explorer” to display all add-ons that are installed on the computer.

Check if Adobe Flash Player and/or Shockwave Flash add-ons are installed and enabled.
