I start a bat file which opens different APPS one opens IE . which I would like to open without home page but with more than one different tab. no do not want to have home button with more than one URL.

For example, water is H2O. But the "2" is supposed to be a subscript.

I cannot send an email using hotmail. i get a message saying

"Internet Explorer has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."

when i am signing in, i just put the first letter of my sign in name and then several names pop up that i have used in the past, how can i delete them. For instance if I start with m, then there are several names that pop up, like margee-1 , maggie, margaret. I want to permenantly delete those names. Thank you

Lost photo when editing webpage through filezilla

I have developed a webpage using Publisher 2007 with ms XP. Webpage is with westnet.com and loaded through filezilla. Pictures and icons saved as jpg and gif files.
downloaded page into new folder created in filezilla to edit
went into publisher to access page to edit
edited page - new text and moved picture from below text to above text. Can't remember whether I did it click and drag or cut and paste.
went into filezilla and uploaded page
successful editing but no photo - there is a square with red cross in corner. I also lost a couple of small gif files which put icons into page.
have edited another page with no photo. Text is ok but the small icons have disappeared.

i have 1 desk top HP and 2 laptops one is acer and one is asus and i am havint same problem on all three of them, i own some down loaded games, and for the last 2 days i am unable to play , first i get a error saying .. one or more activex controls could not be displyed...ect., and after i click it off 2 or three times then i ger an script error page, .. i have looked in ionternet explorer and all the activex and java things are checked and unchecked where they are suppose to be, also in internet explorer i am having issues on all pcs with anline games not wanting to work too, the 2 laptops are windows 7 and the desk top is vista it is strange that they all started acting up on same day with same issues, any help would be great thank you i dont know if they are internt explorer 6 or 7

Had to reinstall Windows XP and know I can not download any service packs or change from Internet Explorer 6 to version 7 a message told me that 7 was not compatable with a service pack on 6 so the instattation would not complete. Also tried Version 8 and a error message said it could not find a point of entry. Tried to download service pack 1 in order to get up to service pack 3. It would not install.

Would appreciate someone's help if possible.

Following a Boot problem I reinstalled Windows XP from the original CD. At the end of the reinstalling the screen came up with a please wait. The PC "hung up" on this and had to be turned off. When the PC was switched on it booted normally and downloaded updates. However, before and after the updates were installed) a Mcrosoft Feed Synchronization error appeared and Internet Explorer does not work. I have tried uninstalling it and reinsttaling it but to no effect. Any help?

Instead of picture for logo on website or symbol on email choices, like delete, save etc, I see a red x. Even if I right click and choose "show pictures" nothing happens.

I recently ran a pc scanner download and deleted 2 files. My picture folder has not been impacted.

Suggestions?

I've downloaded and installed the IE Developer's Toolbar for IE7. It is not appearing where the instructions say it should be . . . or anywhere else. It isn't in my list of add-ons in Manage Add-ons, or in my list of toolbars under Tools in the command bar.

I know it's installed because when I try to reinstall it, all it will do is a repair, and the results are 'successful.' I've also tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it. I've rebooted before and after installing it.

Can anyone tell me where this thing might be hiding?
