how to get devcon.exe to run in native command window

when executing devcon.exe in native command window, it asks for permission to run the file, and then opens another command window to execute the command, and then closes. How to I set the trust or publish or give permission to devcon.exe to run without being annoying by 'unknown publisher' in windows 7?

I've ran CACLS devcon.exe /e /p user:f  for full permission, but still get nagging permission popup.

Hi,

 

 

You may try to give the administrator privileges to the file ‘devcon.exe’. To give administrator privileges

1.      Browse to the location where you have the file ‘devcon.exe’

2.      Right click and select Properties

3.      Go to Compatibility tab

4.      Put a check mark for the option that says ‘Run this program as an administrator’

5.      Apply the settings and check if you are able to the ‘devcon.exe’ using the command prompt.
